Shutta app good for
I know its not optimized for iPad, but as I take most of my videos with my iPad, I downloaded it. And thats good enough, it does the job well, allows me to capture and share the best moments in my crazy biking videos ^^
Just hope to have a version for iPad soon, but already very good job, thanks !
This app is amazing. Never miss an action shot again! I love that you can take still photos from video right away, or even capture moments from old videos on your device, and share them right away on social media. Shutta for the win!
Ive been using this app for quite some time now and I think its time I write a review; this app is a great app that deserves a lot more exposure, the app is very user friendly and has a great friendly community as well, Id recommend this to anyone from just wanting to snap some quick action photos of there kids playing sports, to people like me who use the app to capture shot of action sports. Not only is this app good for action but this app is great for simple photos as well, keeping quality of videos in the snapshot and while doing so sending right to the Shutta community for people to view and enjoy! I highly recommend this app to everyone! #Shuttashot
Some bad moments
The camera looks pretty nice with it, but when you try to take a picture, or record a video the app crash :P
This app is perfect for its function! Only con is the un-get-rid-able "Shutta" tag that is left on the picture after you save it from the video.
I got the app after someone mentioned it online in an answer to a question about "how to get still picture from a video". I tried it and it failed. First, I had to sign with an email address. Second, the stills it captured were all black. Third, they has ads for the app and other icons on them. Fourth, the app was missing a lot if names on buttons; seems like a bug. Skip it. Find something else...
App automatically crops the frame sometimes ruining the image - other than that works fine.
Great app although it crashes after some time whenever you use it. Not sure if its the number of images youre saving or what.. Ive noticed the auto cropping, too, and its kinda disappointing.
Shutta is an Amazing app that alows you to take a pictures out of video. The app is easy to use, So easy a 100 year old could use is! Anyways if you are a big athlete that films or takes pictures this is the app for you! -Dylan Heilner
